Carlos Cohen migrated from Buenos Aires in 1956 to Los Angeles Ca. As a painter and drawing artist, Carlos was looking to enrich his creativity and had found the mosaic art form. Carlos then working on private commissions and his own personal series for 30 years. Carlos Cohen was the first generation of this mosaic craft and taught Joseph when he was 15 years old. Carlos worked under Joseph Young (architect/ artist) for most of his career.
